We have a fully equipped metallurgical
laboratory to carry out optical microscopy work, failure analysis, dimensional checks.

For Destructive Mechanical Test

2 units of Shimadzu and 1 Unit of T Machine Universal Tensile Testing Machine calibrated by SIRIM. One has a maximum capacity of 100tf while the other two is only 50 tf.

2 units of Avery Denison Universal Impact Testing Machine designed and to both BS131 and ASTM E 23:1982 standards. Calibration Certificate using Watertown Arsenal Charpy Specimen for ASTM standard to show conformity to standard or by Sime Sirim is available for inspection or enclosed.

DESTRUCTIVE MECHANICAL TESTS
We carry out sample preparation of test specimens and conduct the tests according to the dimensional requirement
of the relevant test code such as BS 4449 for reinforced bars and AWS D 1.1 for the building industries, BS, BS-EN,
ASME, AS, DIN, TRD for the boiler and pressure vessels industries, ASTM , JIS and BS 18 for materials testing and API
1104 for piping in the oil and gas industries, ASTM G28, G48, A262, A263 and A264 for corrosion test are some of the
